By accessing or using the Socialer platform, including the website and mobile applications (collectively referred to as the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

8. Buying and Selling on Socialer

 

8.1 Purchase and Sales Process

 

Socialer facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. All transactions are subject to our separate Terms of Sale.

 

8.2 Product Listings

 

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their product listings.

 

8.3 Payment Processing

 

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. You agree to their terms and conditions.
